1.1 The Early Access Preview runs from Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST to Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. To access the sale, you must be logged into your Me&Medik8 account and access the promotion via the official link provided via email/SMS.

1.2 The General Spring Sale runs from Friday, May 22, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST to Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

1.3 During the applicable promotion period, eligible items will be offered at 25% off the Regular Price unless otherwise stated. “Regular Price” means the price at which the product is ordinarily offered for sale to consumers on medik8.ca. The discount applies before taxes and shipping and will automatically be reflected in the listed promotional price, as stated on-site.

1.4 All prices, discounts, taxes, and transactions are displayed and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2.1 The promotion is open to Canadian residents purchasing through medik8.ca for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchases for resale are strictly prohibited.

2.2 The 25% discount excludes Gift Sets, pre-set and "build-your-own" bundles, gift cards, e-gift cards, travel-size products, accessories, limited editions, and any other items explicitly marked as “Excluded” on-site.

2.3  This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discount codes, or Me&Medik8 loyalty program vouchers.

2.4 We reserve the right to limit the quantities of items purchased per person, per household, or per order to a reasonable retail amount.

3.1 Eligible products will be shown at the reduced price on-site during the applicable promotion period.

3.2 The discount applies only to eligible products in a qualifying order placed during the active promotion period. Applicable federal and provincial sales taxes (GST, HST, and/or PST), shipping fees, and any additional charges will be itemized and calculated at checkout prior to order submission.

4.1 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to final acceptance and shipment. This includes, without limitation, scenarios where we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, where there are pricing or technical errors, or where inventory or fulfillment constraints prevent supply.

4.2 If we cancel your order before acceptance, any amounts charged and paid for the canceled items will be promptly refunded to your original payment method.

5.1 All promotional items are subject to availability and are valid only while stocks last.

5.2 As permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order is placed but before it has been accepted) and to make reasonable modifications to the promotion.

5.3 For consumers outside of Québec, any changes to the promotion will not affect orders that have already been accepted and processed. For residents of Québec, modifications will be governed strictly in compliance with applicable laws.

6.1 Standard processing and dispatch times at our warehouse may be extended by 1 to 2 business days due to high order volumes during peak promotional periods. Any estimated delivery dates provided are indicative only.

6.2 Your statutory rights under applicable provincial consumer protection laws remain unaffected. If delivery does not occur within thirty (30) days of your purchase date (or within the legally required timeframe in your jurisdiction) and an extension has not been agreed upon, you retain the right to cancel your order. Upon such cancellation, we will issue a full refund for the canceled products in accordance with applicable law.

Returns and exchanges of items purchased during this promotion are subject to our standard return policy applicable at the time of purchase, in addition to your provincial statutory rights.

Access to the website and the functionality of automatic discounts or promotional codes may experience temporary technical issues. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for failures, interruptions, errors, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. This clause does not limit or exclude any mandatory remedies available to you under provincial consumer protection law.

9.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, limits, or modifies any statutory rights or remedies you may have under applicable provincial consumer protection laws. In the event of a direct conflict between these terms and your local consumer protection legislation, the legislation takes precedence.

9.2 The parties acknowledge that they have required that these Terms and Conditions and all related documents be prepared in English.
